We cannot recommend David enough. He helped our family find the perfect home and was so patient as we took him all over town trying to learn Denver, being from out of state. He had our back in ways that really matter when it came to negotiating and inspections. Gave us ideas to protect our new asset (home warranties to cover older appliances/systems) and has a recommendation for everything (painters, carpet cleaners, etc.) should you need it. Most importantly, David couldn’t be kinder and always has a joke and a smile on his face. He is the absolute best and will recommend him to all my friends and family. I think what is most important when using a realtor to help you purchase a home is their ability to negotiate on your behalf. David is phenomenal at this. He also pays great attention to detail. During our initial walkthrough of the home we ended up purchasing we had a few questions about aspects of the property. After we had gone under contract we had the inspection, and David had already put down the items from our initial walkthrough. I will always use him in the future, and can’t recommend him highly enough.

David is a phenomenal Realtor! He paid close attention to our observations as we walked through different homes. When we made an offer on our dream home, he remembered the concerns we had mentioned previously and brought them up to the sellers when addressing some of the items on the home inspection report. We were so grateful for his attention to detail. He is an excellent negotiator, very knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job looking out for us. We highly recommend him!
