We hired David to help us sell our house. He did a great job marketing and we were under contract very quickly. As it turns out, we had a difficult process with some difficult buyers. We have no idea how we would have gotten through that process without David. He was level headed, gave good advice, and was always willing to support us in any decision we made. He was the one part of the sales process in which we were absolutely confident. 10/10. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
